To ensure strict Allstate brand compliance and expedited turnaround, no layout or artwork design changes can be made. Only your agent headshot photo, company/agency name, and phone number are inserted into the approved master templates.
What is included with eSupport ($299 per event)?
eSupport pairs you with an Account Manager and Task Manager to assist in researching and registering an event of your choosing. It includes a 30-minute virtual strategy session with an event professional. Our team researches fees and deadlines, and uses your payment method of choice to book the event for you.
How do I book my 30-minute eSupport virtual session?
Upon completing checkout, you will receive an immediate booking link on your order confirmation screen and in your email receipt. You can select an available date and time directly on our live calendar.
What is the turnaround time for physical packages?
Standard turnaround time is 10 to 12 business days upon graphic proof approval. Ground shipping anywhere in the continental United States is included at no additional cost.
What warranties are included on the packages?
We provide a lifetime warranty on the aluminum hardware frames (both the 8x10 backwall frame and the heavy-duty tent frame) and a 1-year warranty on all fabric printed graphics.
